  They charge convenience fees for virtually any payment method. Or you can mail them a check way ahead of time or set up automatic draft way ahead of time. Or you can drive way down the parkway from downtown (where the majority of their customers live). Also...no one likes electric or cable companies and they're both. And it all is awful and costs too much. Electricity is free by the way. We're just paying for salaries and technology that was built and paid for in the 1950s. Would get a solar grid as soon as I can afford one.

  Charged me like $500 bucks for a deposit for electric services for a trailer. Very high. Also, if you own a multi unit facility you have to redo the application process every time you need to put in your name when it goes vacant and you want to turn on the electric. Even if you own the whole building you still need to do individual applications for each unit. I gave them two stars because they weren't mean about it, but it is just annoying to have to pay a $500 deposit each time and have to reapply ever time you get electric turned on.

  Worst place ever. Very unreliable service. Rude people and unhelpful. Been waiting on a call from a manager for a month now. We need another power and cable company this place awful.
