- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I just moved my insurance policies to another company after being with State Farm for 25 years. Ben will not accept or return phone calls. After an accident I had last year, I tried for weeks to speak directly with Ben, but could never talk with him. The run-around I got from his office and State Farm's corporate office was nothing short of a joke. And if the terrible customer service wasn't bad enough, they changed a life insurance policy I had on my son and refused to correct their mistake unless he took time off work to come into the office and sign a form. I took the policy out when he was a teenager...it should have never been taken out of my name. I am amazed this office can remain in business with the way they treat their policyholders.By Regina Harvey, October 20, 2016
